Vertigo HV. will deliver the products ordered by you to the address that you will have transmitted at the time of your order.

The expenses of delivery will be as follows :

• Canada: $25
• United States: $50
• Other countries: (Please communicate with Customers Service to obtain the rates of delivery by email.)

Vertigo HV reserves the right to modify in any time the expenses of delivery without notice.

The delivery will be carried out by Vertigo HV Inc. as soon as possible after the acceptance of your order. The delivery time can vary depending on destination and the availability of the products in inventory. The delivery periods are estimated as from the moment when the products leave the place of businesses of Vertigo HV Inc.

You will be the owner of the products which you ordered when those will be given by Vertigo HV Inc. to the carrier.

For any product delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for all the expenses inherent to customs, taxes or any fees outside of Canada.

The products delivery is subject to the rules of the freight companies which Vertigo HV Inc. does businesses with. These are at the present time, Canada Post, bus or UPS. The rules concerning the signature of an acknowledgement of delivery of the products will apply. If no one is present at the place where you asked Vertigo HV Inc. to deliver the products, it will be of your responsibility to recover the products according to rules of the company of delivery.

Returns

You can return products not having been used in their original packing to Vertigo HV Inc. within 30 days following their reception at the following address :

Proof of purchase is required to return product. You don’t need to provide justification to Vertigo HV Inc. within the 30 days grace period no penalty will be apply. You will have to assume the expenses of delivery and the risks to return products (unless Vertigo HV Inc. did not deliver the products to you that you had ordered or that was delivered to you damaged or defective. In those cases, Vertigo HV Inc. will assume the transport charges and the risks.

On reception of returned products, Vertigo HV will refund your credit card which was used at the time of purchase as soon as possible.
